Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Defective or Damaged Equipment: If the printer or related equipment arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.
Service Failures: If there are delays or mistakes caused by our team regarding the delivery or setup of your equipment.
Order Cancellation: You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your order before it is shipped (refer to cancellation terms for details).

Refunds will not be issued for:
Normal Wear and Tear: The expected wear from regular use of the equipment.
Damage from Misuse: If the equipment is damaged due to improper handling or neglect.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the shipment has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund (see our cancellation policy).

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, follow these steps:
1. Report the Issue: Reach out to us at support@easyprinterrent.com within 48 hours of receiving the equipment.
2. Return the Equipment: If necessary, we will guide you through the return process and provide return shipping instructions.
3. Inspection: Once the returned equipment is received, we will inspect it to confirm the issue.
4. Refund Processing: After verification, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Terms

Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Before Shipment: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the order has already been shipped.

Return Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases:

If the equipment is defective or damaged.
If the issue was caused by an error on our end.
